Competent, reasonably priced, and they go out of their way to help out neighbors - if you need a ride home from the shop, he'll give you one. They once did $75 of body work for me that a competitive shop had quoted $200 for, and they did more than the other shop had offered.

He really understands cars, does only necessary work at a fair price and work is completed when he says it will be done.
