“Had 'service engine soon' light come on my F250. They used reader and saw it was a 'misfire on cylinder one' error. However, engine hasn't felt like misfires. May have been a glitch. They cleared light and hasn't come back on. Even though they were booked through next week, they would have been willing to work me in if light hadn't stayed off. Really appreciated their attention to my issue!”

“After being maliciously struck by a road-raging deer on the interstate, my Dodge RAM 1500's face was badly busted-up on the passenger side.Every time I poked around in the mess to see if there were things I could straighten out or replace myself with used parts, I saw yet more aspects to the damage, and knew I was in over my head.A dear friend of ours in Bethlehem -- a guy who drives nice cars & keeps them in prime condition -- said that he had had very good experiences at Les Washburn's Hollow Auto Body (and that he has fun chatting with Les).It wasn't the fastest result in history, but a lot of that in my case is because Mopar has made it way too hard to avoid getting the wrong body parts for a specific 1500, because of the tangled mess with the 1500 Big Horn & 1500 Lone Star, the numerous trim-lines, cab & bed configurations, etc.In any case speed was not my concern regarding this vehicle. My main priority was that I wanted it DONE RIGHT.The final results are perfect. Everything that was bent, cockeyed & busted is now so symmetrical that the front of the truck is in near-showroom shape.I'm glad I listened to my friend's advice, and I'm glad I trusted this job to the Washburns !!Service: Body & Trim”
“This shop was great. The owner was super helpful in getting my car inspected and after getting new tires put on my vehicle by another shop they had messed up my wheel studs and lug nuts. The mechanics fixed the problem within an hour and only charged me parts! 10/10 would recommend!”

Our car engine blew out during a long road trip, and Jason went above and beyond to assist us. He was kind, patient, and worked with us to explore all options for servicing the vehicle. When that wasn’t possible, he helped arrange for a tow truck for a 150+ mile tow and allowed us to store the car at his shop overnight. Jason turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Bonus: he even gave our toddler a lollipop and made sure our dog had water. If I ever have car trouble in the area, this is the only place I’d want to be!”
