The Franconia Inn is a charming and beautiful hotel, well-located for exploring the White Mountains and Franconia Notch State Park. It offers wonderful views, especially during October foliage. The inn is clean, peaceful, and well-appointed, with cozy and inviting commons areas including a living room, library, and a pub with live music. There is a wonderful front porch and screened porch, a swimming pool, and a hot tub.
Rooms are comfortable with good beds, though some feel a bit dated. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very nice and on point. The food and drinks are exceptional, with excellent pub food and fresh, delicious dinners; the weekend restaurant is highly recommended. The inn provides a perfect base for hiking, scenic drives, and watching gliders, with a horse ranch nearby. It is a special place with New England charm.

We live this in, weve been multiple times. Best midweek as its very crowded on the weekends. Great rooms- many have been upgraded, great staff, great pool. Well do it again next year.

Great staff, especially Donna. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only complaints would be that the continental breakfast was very lacking and some things could be updated without ruining the charm.
