“We came up in September before leaf season. The inn is close to 100 years old. We stayed on the third floor with is attractive and somewhat rustic. The room was comfortable and quiet. There is air conditioning, but no TV. The staff were very nice. We enjoyed dining in both the pub and dining room. We would definitely go back!”

“Absolutely beautiful place! The room was cute and quiet, the property itself is gorgeous and each room has chairs to lounge in outside. Michelle was the most wonderful host, she gave me recommendations for restaurants and hiking, and a made to order breakfast each morning! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway, I for one will be back again!”

“Everyone should stay here when they visit the White Mountains. I don’t often write reviews for hotels but the effort put into this luxe motel-style hotel is worth the review. The rooms are simple, clean and tastefully appointed. The bathroom was cute and well-stocked, and coffee is available. Parking is easy. The grounds offer a fire pit and a pool, and a brewery and several restaurants are walking distance. There is a beautiful river across the street with nearby river access. Perfect spot as a base for Franconia Notch State Park and the White Mountain National Forest in the summer and for winter skiing. I hope many travelers patronize this establishment for years to come.”

“For a 2-star hotel, it's a great place. Beds are comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room. I wish there was more healthy breakfast options, like some veggies, but all in all it was ok. Beautiful location!”
