“The Franklin Rite Aid has consistently ensured that I get my prescriptions on time. Any mistakes happened at my doctors office or with the insurance but they always helped me work it out. At 56 it’s literally the best pharmacy I’ve ever had. Not to mention It’s always service with a smile and good attitude no matter how swamped. This was especially nice during COVID.”

“Went to the pharmacy for my daughter. Havent been to CVS in awhile. Usually go to Rite Aid. Had conflicting insurance while using the drive through. Happens often because of my insurance through the VA. I was politely asked to come inside to sort things out. Felt the staff went out of their way to help me with my issue. I think the primary one that helped me was Zoe, and another that I didnt get the chance to see her tag. Anyways, they went above and beyond. Super helpful. I am most definitely going to change to have my scripts to go here.”

“Great gas horrible service the older ladies that work here are the Hitler's of all gas stations. I'm 44 and a customer of 20+ years and she still cards me for ciggarets. If I have a backpack on she makes me leave it up front. The younger women, on the other hand are very pleasant. I dread going in when The older ones are working”
