“I just purchased a new home and researched local companies in the area who provide K1. I decided to go with CN Brown which conveniently is who the previous owner used as well. I filled out the new customer form online as well as a credit app to have NET30 terms. I always select email as my preferred method of contact, but rarely do companies listen. They always call which is difficult for me and my busy schedule during the day. The confirmation page said someone would be in contact within 24 hours. The same day (within just a couple hours actually) I was contacted via email by Patrice who was extremely helpful! She created my account, scheduled my first delivery, let me know my credit app was approved, explained how automatic delivery worked, explained what to expect for deliveries, and so much more. Although I have yet to receive my first delivery (just scheduled yesterday), or gone through a winter yet, the customer service I have received so far made me very happy with my decision to use CN Brown.
