CVS in Franklin is clean, respectful and friendly. Pharmacy is So very good, always take time to talk to you if any questions. Everyone is very friendly and takes special care of you .Website very convenient and easy to navigate, always get a text when my prescriptions are ready. Above and beyond.

Usually the service and selection here are good, but the pharmacist Myranda was awful. She stood there for 5 minutes while other pharmacy staff were working on the previous customer's prescription.
