“Dear Mr. Gibbs, I am having a hard time trying to reply to your review. Until I figure that out I am doing my own review. I am sorry things didn't work out but what happened was you told me on 10/27/21 at 11:20 AM that you would be in Plaistow at 4 PM. I explained more than once that the unit would not be ready till 11/1/21. The customer that was in the unit called in a panic at 12:49 PM and I tried to call you immediately. I then texted at 12:50 PM the situation. I explained and told you how very sorry I was. Not once did I ever request a payment from you. I never even take a deposit until people sign a contract. I am very sorry this happened. As you can see from the other reviews that I try very hard to run a great business. Closing dates are crazy and unfortunately I contacted you too soon. I have learned that lesson. I hope you will give me another chance to show you how great our business is. I have a unit and would be happy to honor the 2021 price if you need a unit. “So far so good I like the security of the place they're friendly, honest family owned establishment. The only thing I'm not a big fan of is not being able to make a payment online for whatever reason. makes it difficult. I set up automatic payments. If I need to change the card or what have you. I have to call and it's a whole process. Other than that though no complaints this far. Have not had the best experience with storage units previously so I am thankful for sure.”

“I would recommend this place greatly if you need extra storage space during a big move. Charles helped me navigate this new experience with ease and friendliness, and I was able to start putting things in storage immediately. Moving is a stressful experience, but at least this part went smoothly. Having easy access to items any time of the day or night (like searching for lost bills so you can get your internet up and running in the new space, ahhh!) is wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't think to rent a moving truck from this place before I made the 100 trips between with my car. Special shout out to Charles. You are a gem in this world. Keep up the marvelous work.
