“Dear Mr. Gibbs, I am having a hard time trying to reply to your review. Until I figure that out I am doing my own review. I am sorry things didn't work out but what happened was you told me on 10/27/21 at 11:20 AM that you would be in Plaistow at 4 PM. I explained more than once that the unit would not be ready till 11/1/21. The customer that was in the unit called in a panic at 12:49 PM and I tried to call you immediately. I then texted at 12:50 PM the situation. I explained and told you how very sorry I was. Not once did I ever request a payment from you. I never even take a deposit until people sign a contract. I am very sorry this happened. As you can see from the other reviews that I try very hard to run a great business. Closing dates are crazy and unfortunately I contacted you too soon. I have learned that lesson. I hope you will give me another chance to show you how great our business is. I have a unit and would be happy to honor the 2021 price if you need a unit.
