“THE STAFF IS AMAZING !!!ON EVERY LEVEL! ive been bringing my board and kid's skis to get waxed and edges tuned, I typically would do that all myself, especially my board, that's my baby. I let Matt, down in the tune shop, do it 1 time, Wow!! FIRE. he will be the only one to tune my board. He is a Perfectionist. I just picked up my board recently, with his head down he told me he couldn't tune it the way he'd like it. the machines have been down, I was floored. With what he had, the board and skis came out mint. He knows what type of edges i need for my riding. Corporate, if you read these, get this artist HIS MACHINES FIXED. Please. This is the East coast, We get to ride blue Glacier ice, we need our edges to cut in and carve with full Confidence. Even with that I still give 5 stars with out hesitation. The staff saved you!”

“This is one of our favorite REI locations, and a must stop after every NH trip. This location is well laid out and highlights area sports such as biking, backpacking, hiking and snow sports. They also feature a large clothing and shoe department.Staff is always available but not overly pushy offering to help. We always end up buying a fun new gadget or piece of clothing after our backpacking trips. A must stop if you love outdoor gear and clothing!”
