“I usually go to the North Conway location since I live over there. My husband and I were visiting his parents in Berlin, so decided to try this location out. They have a lot of different machines that I enjoyed trying out. I also liked that you can purchase items without the staff having to be there. That's not the case in North Conway. Everything is locked up after staffing hours. I also liked that they had a container of hair ties up front. Lots of little details which were great.”

“It was advertised as having "hot breakfast" and a pool on the website we used to book this hotel room yet when we arrived we discovered that "hot breakfast" meant they have a toaster and a waffle maker in the lobby were they serve bread, waffle batter, milk, yogurt and cereal only from frigging something like 6am till 8h30 so better be an early bird, they apparently usually serve convenience store style microwavable breakfast sandwiches but I was told that they've ran out of these and been waiting on the supplier since then, oh and they ran out of bread the last day we've had breakfast there, we ended up going to a nearby restaurant instead.I've learned that the pool was allegedly out of service because of some electrical issues, strangely they closed the lights in the pool room the next day.The rooms were clean, same for the bed sheets, we had a nice little balcony made of wood that looked like it will need to be replaced or repainted soon.The bathroom tough were way less ok: the shower curtain wasn't white anymore, the paint wall the wall was obviously a botched job and the fan was noisy as hell, our neighbours left his fan turned on all night long and we could hear it badlyOverall it was a somewhat disappointing experience since we thought we'd have an actual hot breakfast served in the morning and access to the pool when in reality they struggle to even have bread ready for the "hot breakfast" you have to wake up early for..But this place was also half the price of other hotels in the white mountain touristic area at the time we booked it so there's that, my mom was pissed since she made the reservation and paid for the room.”
