The grounds and building were clean and well kept. The personal were friendly and helpful. The room and pool area was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast and check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is friendly, place was clean enough, and the kids had a blast in the pool.With that said, if you want to actually sleep, go elsewhere. The beds are horrific and the pillows are like potato sacks full of rocks.

Good clean rooms and great customer service. The desk attendant is kind and attentive. We spent new years night here and had a blast.. good fireworks show just a few miles away in north conway. Close to Wildcat and attitash but away from north conways hustle and bustle!
