Not only do they keep the interior and exterior of the property immensely clean, but I feel that the staff takes pride in their ability and willingness to assist. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda!, Not only did she answer all of my questions ( and I had many) with a very friendly smile, but she had patiently held the door for me when I was trying to navigate the trolley cart without me even having to ask. If you choose to rent at this location you will not be disappointed.”
“This company is top notch! They are family- owned and operated, and they put customer service first. I needed to store belongings during my house restoration, and they helped me estimate the size of the unit I would need, and gave me a referral to a moving company for help moving my larger items. In addition to all of this, they were polite, prompt, and extremely well priced. I did my comparisons and Coastal Mi-Box had the best selection of sizes and the best prices.”

“The Huff team moved me out, stored my items for 4 mos., and then moved me into my new place. Callie was great to work with in the office. She and the warehouse manager were able to make things happen on the dates I needed when timing was tight. The "move out" team was terrific. Items stored were in pretty good shape. Even though stored in AC, I noted some evidence of possible humidity on some boxes but understand it in FL. Luckily nothing was damaged. The "move in" team was a bit less careful with things when unwrapping the blankets in the truck and moving things in without protection. Only one item had a small amount of damage (I did not make a claim). Overall, however, I recommend this company. The crews were polite and hard-working. They also respected the masking that I requested inside my homes. (My condo building required it.) I appreciated that in the heat and high humidity. Thank you to all!”
“These folks are absolutely excellent. They are very helpful and always ready to answer questions. They are a very flexible business and they truly care about customers’ storage experience. Units are clean and taken care of and the pricing is very affordable. Specifically, Teagan is incredibly helpful and kind. Always ready to help and is very energetic and enthusiastic about making sure your experience with RightSpace is a good one. Other great people like Rick also make this a great leasing experience. “It was a good place to store my stuff, easily accessible and nice people. However I wasn’t very happy when my price just about doubled after my promotional rate I prepaid ran out. From what I’ve heard this is typical with most if not all storage facilities. Still unfortunate.”

“Cole is the main reason we chose this facility. He is the epitome of customer service. When we were making our choice, he was patient. On the day of our move, we realized we needed a smaller unit and he found one for us. We’ve been customers for almost a year now and he’s always friendly and welcoming. The building is safe, it’s always clean and easy to get to our unit via elevator or stairs. Also like knowing we can store art there, due to humidity control. Highly recommend!”

My only problem is, I worry about is the cost increase the company does yearly. I'm retired and live on a monthly budget. The cost increase is more than I receive from SS increases.”
