“The Huff team moved me out, stored my items for 4 mos., and then moved me into my new place. Callie was great to work with in the office. She and the warehouse manager were able to make things happen on the dates I needed when timing was tight. The "move out" team was terrific. Items stored were in pretty good shape. Even though stored in AC, I noted some evidence of possible humidity on some boxes but understand it in FL. Luckily nothing was damaged. The "move in" team was a bit less careful with things when unwrapping the blankets in the truck and moving things in without protection. Only one item had a small amount of damage (I did not make a claim). Overall, however, I recommend this company. The crews were polite and hard-working. They also respected the masking that I requested inside my homes. (My condo building required it.) I appreciated that in the heat and high humidity. Thank you to all!”

Companies aren't run like this anymore. No hidden fees, they prorate your rate depending on the day you move in to help you save. They're excited to show you all options and rates and take you on a tour. If you are weighing options - just call in and speak with them - you'll see how genuine and helpful they are right away.”
“Cole is the main reason we chose this facility. He is the epitome of customer service. When we were making our choice, he was patient. On the day of our move, we realized we needed a smaller unit and he found one for us. We’ve been customers for almost a year now and he’s always friendly and welcoming. The building is safe, it’s always clean and easy to get to our unit via elevator or stairs. Also like knowing we can store art there, due to humidity control. Highly recommend!”
“Route 1 Self-Storage is fantastic! I’ve had several storage units in various locations over the years, but Route 1 is hands down the best. I absolutely love the staff—they are incredibly kind and I’ve enjoyed getting to know them. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care so much about their customers. They’ve even checked in to make sure that the space is working out for me. After dealing with big chain storage places in the past, switching here was a breath of fresh air. They have very clear rates with no hidden fees and no sneaky rate hikes.
