“I had a wonderful experience. I got a blue tongue skink here. “She” was young and was great in the shop. But I believe from the change of place she was a bit aggressive when I got her home. The staff helped me with great advice on understanding her and how to work with her. They took as much time on the phone I needed to understand what I heeded. They didn’t rush me. They even used the skink’s name Twinkie and gender I chose for her which I found amazing. Now Twinkie is a great companion in just 6 weeks or so.
Also, the store is clean, the animals are well kept in humane conditions. And the staff are friendly. They don’t hover over your shoulder. They give you time to think without pressure.
If I buy another reptile, I’m going right back there!”

“A friend told me about this store, and I had to come check it out. It was WORTH the 40 minute drive. Cheapest store I've seen for toys, treats, and pet supplies and food. We stocked up on so much stuff! The staff was awesome and so kind and welcoming to me and my pups. They got loved on every aisle we went down. Definitely worth checking out!”

“We recently attended a birthday party at Zoo Creatures with a group of kiddos aged 3–5, and while I didn’t expect much at that age range, it was truly an absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish, it was one of the coolest birthday parties we’ve ever been to. The upstairs party space was perfect and felt like a fun, hands-on environment that kept the kids engaged the entire time. The animal experiences were unforgettable there were so many amazing creatures to see and interact with. The kids got to safely hold snakes, explore turtles, and be surrounded by all kinds of fascinating animals in their habitats. It was interactive, exciting, and something you wouldn’t typically get to experience elsewhere. What really stood out was how above and beyond the staff went. They kept bringing out extra animals and doing little bonus moments just for fun, even when they absolutely didn’t have to. Not once did we feel rushed or pushed out everyone was welcome to linger, and the staff didn’t seem bothered at all, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and really enjoyable. The host of our event was outstanding extremely knowledgeable, clearly passionate, and great with the kids. He made everything feel fun, safe, and educational all at once. You could tell he truly knows his stuff and cares deeply about the animals and the experience he’s creating. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the party and the entire facility. The animals all appeared very well cared for, and everything felt clean, maintained, and thoughtfully run. It was honestly one of the most memorable and unique birthday party experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something fun, educational, and completely out of the ordinary.”

“This is a great store - tons of pet food, animal supplies, plants, garden accessories, and local goods (like homemade delicious stuff!) The people are friendly and remember your name (and your dog's name - dogs are allowed in!) And they will happily order any item they don't have in stock if you ask. “Joanne the dog trainer. I have a Thai Ridgeback, who you may all know Atticus Bruce Charles BARRANCO, I have had for a year and a half. He’s a great little dog who can be very stubborn but is very sweet. I looked for trainers who were very expensive who I just didn’t connect with. And then we met Joanne who is wonderful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and kind and knowledgeable she is. Atticus loves her and trust her. She gave us both excellent skills that we can build upon. If you’re looking for a trainer, Joanne is excellent.”

“I had an EXCELLENT experience with Brenda at the Salem, NH location, who was our pup Leila's dog groomer today. She took her time to ask detailed questions about our dog's coat, preferences, and any sensitivities which shows high level of professionalism and attention to care. The quality of the grooming was outstanding as our dog was returned clean, evenly trimmed, and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely be returning.”

“My fiancé and I went in today looking to house our first beta since we were young. Daren helped us so much. He spent at least 20 minutes with us answering all our questions and giving us amazing advice to care for the beta we’d picked out. I had so many questions and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. You could tell he not only cared to help but cared about the well being of the beta and that means a lot. I’d done my own research prior but he had experience and gave me so many tips I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The cashier was wonderful too! I didn’t get her name but she was also very helpful. I left blown away by the incredible customer service they provided and I felt confident in my next steps to insure my beta would thrive. Highly recommend this store!
