After wasting my time with Fallon and getting ripped off by Yankee Fireplace, dealing with Jackson Fireplace was fantastic. We were told by Fallon and Yankee Fireplace that we would need to replace our gas fireplace for thousands of dollars. Jackson fixed our fireplace and got it up and running. I wish that I had gone to them in the first place. Terrific customer service.

These guys deserve 10 stars. Ken was awesome throughout the entire process. He had the answer to all of my questions and even assisted me after I installed my own unit. The amazing customer service and ease of working with them is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Jackson Fireplace in Hampton, NH. From the first time walking into the store and the friendly greeting from Alison, to the detailed explanation of how my small, funky shaped fireplace would be fitted with the gas insert to their accommodating my schedule which clearly was not convenient to them. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. Don’t bother going to anyone else!

Ken and his team worked hard to fit our gas fireplace into our old historic house fireplace. The entire process was pleasurable. Communicative, responsive, experts. They have 24 years of experience and know how to do things right. I would recommend Jackson fireplace to anyone who desires a gas fireplace conversion or install.

did not install the vent properly didnt cut it into the siding ended up having a bee problem ,,his gas routing with the pipe was not pretty an angled mess and his wife was rude on the phone,,i took out the components and took care of the bees ..i sold the stove and junked the rest ...there is nothing u can do ..live with it

Amazing service from start to finish. Alison is the most efficient person to deal with and she scheduled our appointment and kept us informed. Dave was our technician and did a great job bringing our fire back to its original performance. I am so glad I found this company.

Very happy with my Chaska 29 Gas Fireplace. Beautiful unit that throws off great heat too! I'll be lighting it every morning with the push of a button....enjoying my morning coffee by the fireplace! Competitive price and great service. I went to two other stores and Ken and Allison were the best. Why? One store had a much higher cost, but they said that was the retail price and could be negotiated...I don't want to negotiate.... I just want the best price! Ken gave me a price that I would have had to negotiate to with the other company...if they even would go that low!. The other store I went to talked fast and seemed to offer an artifically low installation costs that didn't feel right as I know what plumbers charge for this type of work. Ken was straight up from beginning to end....great professional installation to cap off ease of purchase. Love my fireplace!

Allison was a dream to schedule and communicate with. Ken was wicked knowledgeable and got our fireplace working again. I’ll absolutely schedule service with them every few years to keep our equipment in good shape. Highly highly recommend this company!
