“From beginning to end working with George and ultimately with Jon and Anderson for the actual move was so easy! It was a very stressful day (as all moving days are) and Jon and Anderson were so patient, kind and courteous. They went above and beyond and I can't say enough about their work! Thank you, thank you. It was my second time working with Gentle Giant and both experiences were something to rave about! I am happy to recommend Gentle Giant.”
“Clayton in Salisbury at this storage facility is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. His communication is wonderful, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. You can truly tell that he cares about providing great customer service.”
“Hands down, best service!! Scott was wonderful to deal with. He price matched me and his communication was amazing! He was punctual and the billing was easy to understand. I highly recommend using MI-BOX for your moving needs!”
“Peter was great as he guided me through the process of renting an appropriate sized unit for my needs. He was friendly and took his time to explain every detail of the process. He made sure I knew my code before I left and double checked to make sure it worked on the entry door. Can't say enough about his service and I look forward to making good use of my 10x10 unit and the free pick-up!”
“We went in looking for storage, place was amazing, so clean and welcoming. We met with Patricia very helpful, upfront about all fees she was very patient with all our questions we were asking. She took us to see the unit we were interested in renting. Very clean . Patricia was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting her and doing business with her. We did rent a unit. Thank you again it was a great experience

“Brad is a wonderful person and very kind, he treated with a lot of respect, nice to see there's still good people in the world like him, I admire his strength and courage, Thank you Brad it was a pleasure talking with you.”
“I have been storing things at this facility for a couple years. I find the place to be clean and accessible. Brendan is awesome to work with. He always answers a request and was able to find me additional space when I needed it.”
“I had an excellent experience using Turcotte Moving & Storage! I got 2 quotes from Seacoast, NH movers and Steve's was lower and not based on how many hours the job takes (which can easily increase unexpectedly during the move). Though his approach to written quotes and contracts was non-traditional, I found Steve to be a man of his word. His moving crew was extremely professional and all of our belongings arrived to our 3rd floor walk-up in Boston without any damage. Steve even helped us re-home a loveseat that wouldn't fit into our new apartment. I don't think our moving experience could have been any better!”

“The Huff team moved me out, stored my items for 4 mos., and then moved me into my new place. Callie was great to work with in the office. She and the warehouse manager were able to make things happen on the dates I needed when timing was tight. The "move out" team was terrific. Items stored were in pretty good shape. Even though stored in AC, I noted some evidence of possible humidity on some boxes but understand it in FL. Luckily nothing was damaged. The "move in" team was a bit less careful with things when unwrapping the blankets in the truck and moving things in without protection. Only one item had a small amount of damage (I did not make a claim). Overall, however, I recommend this company. The crews were polite and hard-working. They also respected the masking that I requested inside my homes. (My condo building required it.) I appreciated that in the heat and high humidity. Thank you to all!”

“Route 1 Self-Storage is fantastic! I’ve had several storage units in various locations over the years, but Route 1 is hands down the best. I absolutely love the staff—they are incredibly kind and I’ve enjoyed getting to know them. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care so much about their customers. They’ve even checked in to make sure that the space is working out for me. After dealing with big chain storage places in the past, switching here was a breath of fresh air. They have very clear rates with no hidden fees and no sneaky rate hikes. It truly feels like a family-run business where they actually take the time to know you, rather than just treating you like an account number. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free storage experience!”
“Excellent service! The facility is clean, well laid out and very secure. I would highly recommend Newbury Self Storage and will use them again if I find myself needing a storage until at some point. Thanks so much!”
“We have had a great experience from moment one (booking online) to arriving to a minty clean facility and unit, greeted by the super helpful and friendly Eric! Eric is a great communicator and always goes the extra mile with customer service. Entry and access were very simple and I always felt that our belongings were safe and so was I. As we wrap up our time at Prime Storage, we HIGHLY recommend them and will always use them in the future for any storage needs. Thank you, Eric and Prime Storage!”

“The Seabrook location was amazing. I unfortunately needed to cancel my reservation shortly after reserving a unit. I called the facility manager and she was absolutely amazing. Hassle free and quick, was able to get a quick refund. She was able to make something that should be stressful completely easy and stress free.”

“Very helpful and accommodating. The employee explained my contractual obligations to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. Prices were comparable. People were nice. Space was clean. Got the extra insurance for peace of mind. Overall, nice place for me to store my belongings for the couple of months I needed.”
“Decent prices (I did my market search) and very helpful staff. The bin I rented was a few miles away from their central office. One of their staff came with me to make sure there were no unforeseen problems.”

“In and out in ~15 minutes! Wanda-Jo was a gem in going over all the key details for a new rental unit. Prices are pretty fair with occasional online deals so keep an eye out. Have the option to lock in a lower rate by pre-paying 4 months. Clean, modern facility w/ plenty of cameras, climate controls, etc.”
