“I generally don't like going to the pharmacy. I'm disabled and get a lot of medications. But this pharmacy is actually pretty great. They're fast, accurate and generally helpful. There's one pharmacy tech named Pete that's really on the ball. He can navigate the computer system and get the right answers. Most everyone that works there is, But this guy really knows his stuff and I really hope CVS appreciates him (or anyone competent) and pays them enough to stay around.”

I was extremely irritated about this situation and considering never going back to this store, but after seeing how she handled it we will surely continue to spend money here. If you haven't given her a raise recently, GIVE HER ONE she deserves it!”
