Ships Inn is a hotel with a great location right near the ocean, just a one-minute walk to the beach. It is close to everything, including the boardwalk, ballroom, and stage, with excellent walkability. The staff is very helpful, nice, polite, and accommodating. Many rooms are clean, quiet, spacious, homey, and have a great view, with well-made beds. The hotel is undergoing some renovations and is affordable. However, one ground-floor room had issues with a damp floor, a gloomy chipped concrete patio, and a difficult-to-lock door. The service is generally fine, with no breakfast offered, but nearby food options are available.
Spent the night here on Friday 10/2 and it was a great time my experience aside the service was decent provided extra bedding at our request and there was no bugs in the room, always a plus only a 4/5 because it was kinda old but aside from that solid little beach spot for a good price would stay again.

I don’t know why people complaining about this hotel on the reviews. I booked through Booking it was non refundable and after i saw reviews on Google i started stressing till came here. But room is clean bathroom is clean there’s no any bad smell pool is clean and good parking right under the room

We had am amazing time at the Ship's Inn! All staff was so nice and friendly. Plus the rooms and prices are very fair! Overall I'm 100% completely satisfied with my stay at the Ship's Inn at Hampton Beach N.H!! AAA++
