“Went to see a concert and this hotel was perfect for walking distance. Access to everything is nearby. Room was very modern and clean and comfortable. We had a beach front view room. We'll definitely stay here again.”

“This place is very very nice and I can recommend it highly. We check out tomorrow, it's very clean, quiet, wonderful bathrooms, and close to Hampton Beach. We definitely will be back”
“Manny is the MAN!!! Our stay was amazing. Please ignore the negative reviews and give this hotel a chance. Location, cleanliness and service was top notch our entire stay. The highlight of Hampton beach!”

“Spent the night here on Friday 10/2 and it was a great time my experience aside the service was decent provided extra bedding at our request and there was no bugs in the room, always a plus only a 4/5 because it was kinda old but aside from that solid little beach spot for a good price would stay again.”

“Overall, a pretty nice hotel, but customer service wasn't quite good. They have breakfast included, but no waffles. They have room for two semitrucks, but you have to back in from the main road.”
