He gave me a couple options (both of which felt great) and was able to leave with a super comfortable pair of new shoes to get going, all within 5-10 minutes. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I’ll be back!”

“I have shopped at this little shoe store multiple times over the past five years. They carry brands I like at reasonable prices. Every time I have come in I have been treated with kindness and courtesy. The staff have been helpful, and the owner has been an absolute gem. Tonight I had an issue with a pair of boots I bought last winter (minor manufacturers defect) ,the owner made it right without hesitation. He was so kind and personable. I would say I am a customer that seeks value in my higher end (yet modest) purchases. My needs have been more than satisfied with Footnotes!”
