“A+ customer service. I had a broken windshield from a mystery source. Called Portland who handled everything with my insurance, got the new glass in and installed in a couple of days. Replacement glass came with an internal defect that distorted the view enough to be distracting while driving, but was nearly imperceptible otherwise. One stop and a two minute explanation got me scheduled for a re-replacement without an ounce of hassle.”

“My experience was extraordinary. Having worked for Subaru brand internationally for more than 10 years, I must say, that this experience was a true 10/10.
My Solterra ran out of battery 10 miles away from White River Subaru. I was driving from Kingston MA to Burlington VT. I had Level 3 charging adapter which surprisingly did not work. I was in a very tough spot. I called White River Subaru and asked if there was anything they could recommend. I was referred to Robert Arthur by a friend, and once I called Robert, he happily accomodated me with a loaner vehicle. I was first approached by a very professional sales person, his name was Lester G, who was very pleasant to deal with. Robert Arthur and Jerad Smith went out of their way and had me in a loaner within 5 minutes.

“So glad to have this shop right in Lyme. At 100k miles my crosstrek needed new hub assemblies. Scott replaced them for me, then did follow-up work to replace the rotors, pads, and an ABS sensor. He communicated everything that was going on, why it was happening, and never pressured me to do work that wasn't necessary. When the wheels were making noise after the initial hub assembly replacement, he did follow-up visits free of charge to resolve the issue. Really appreciate these guys and will continue to go here instead of the Subaru dealership in WRJ.”
