I began practicing with Susan on zoom in June 2020 when I was not able to go to the chiropractor (I had at least monthly visits). After three months, I realized I hadn't needed a visit because my back had stayed aligned! If I miss yoga for a week or so, I notice my lower back is tightening up. I highly recommend this type of yoga and Susan as a teacher.

I enjoy yoga with Susan. Her knowledge and expertise has provided me with experiences ranging from Bliss to relaxation, to stretching and strengthening, to an increased range of motion and pain relief, to an overall increased sense of well-being. Definitely recommend. ?

I had the pleasure of taking a class with Susan yesterday and it was truly amazing. She gave me some adjustments in our starting pose of "corpse"/savasana that were really great! This really helped set the pace for the rest of the class. I felt almost like it was a guided meditation at times and the poses were so gentle and relaxing. It is was a beautiful space with amazing energy from everyone. I would highly recommend trying a class if you haven't already. ��
