“Although my work hasn't been done yet, I stopped in unannounced for an estimate. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and invited my 2 large dogs into his office. He did not try to upsell me or gouge me. He inspected my damage, told me what my options were, recommended the most economical option, gave a quote and a timeline, and ordered the part all in about 20 minutes. I am definitely having my work done there, and will continue to do so as needed.”

“We started using Global about a year ago for PMs and other small jobs for our small 3 truck fleet. In the course of that year the folks at Global have nearly rebuilt two whole trucks for us, helped us identify any and all issues and got us back to a point where we can start doing preventative repairs instead of always fixing things after they break.
Alex and his entire crew are awesome, they're always just a phone call away and squeeze our trucks in just as quickly as they can knowing down time for us is a huge issue. The quality of their work is top notch, their customer service is second to none. We will continue to bring our trucks to them as long as they are willing to have us.”

“We emailed after hours with some help on a 1990 Jeep--which has a long and sordid history full of adventures--and quickly got a response from Curtis (who turned out to be in sales). Long story short, Curtis was absolutely delightful and arranged for us to speak with Rich, the mechanic. First thing the next morning, we talked to Rich who had us bring the Jeep in. Right away, everyone in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Rich diagnosed the problem, worked on the problem and offered further advice. Having an older Jeep, truly takes a village and it was so lovely to find ours here at Summit Jeep. To anyone who needs to buy a new Jeep--go see Curtis. He's amazingly kind, warm, genuine, and I'm certain will treat you like family. To anyone who has a Jeep that needs special care, go see Rich. He's a gem, that knows and loves Jeeps. “They got me in there fast; the same day I called and I got a oil change and filter for $25... that's great no matter how you look at it..
The only bad part was that they changed my seat position which is electric and has all these adjustments .... anyway, he only drove it from outside the garage to inside the garage and then back outside the garage to park it when he was done. A total of 20 ft.. There was no need to change the seat position just to drive it 20 ft..
But that's being nitpicky... It was great.
I recommend.
(for oil, at least, I've never got tires done there)”
