“It's always scary going to a new place with my car when my normal mechanic can't get the work done, but I cannot overstate how amazing this whole ordeal was. I needed one of my back rocker panels welded and an undercoating. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap, however I delayed it for a year. When I went back, they quoted me the exact same price despite my assumption that it would be more after a long winter of salt and dirt. They also pointed out rust on one of my fenders and a whole in the plastic lining of my car that I was hell bent on ignoring. When I got my car back, Don and his team had done all the necessary work but had also welded on a patch for the rust on my fender and patched the hole in my lining, free of charge. I cannot express how relived it made me feel. They were efficient, fair, and kind (even laughed at my really bad jokes). Hopefully I won't have to return, but if I do, I feel that I can do so with confidence.”

“Brought my daughter’s 2018 Fusion in for a transmission service and other minor repairs. The service manager, Greg, tagged the vehicle and got the vehicles information before handing the rest of the check in process to my advisor, Stephen. Check in was easy peasy and everyone I encountered was friendly and kind. Even though I dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 am and told them they had it all day, my tech Bill, had that baby done by 11am. With that said…. Bill took his time to do a general overlook of the vehicle and let me know that there were some, not to worry at the moment, finds. John, the parts manager was involved from the beginning process of helping me schedule the appointment. He let me know the cost for parts before I even got there. Wonderful experience and I thank all that helped in this process”

“We emailed after hours with some help on a 1990 Jeep--which has a long and sordid history full of adventures--and quickly got a response from Curtis (who turned out to be in sales). Long story short, Curtis was absolutely delightful and arranged for us to speak with Rich, the mechanic. First thing the next morning, we talked to Rich who had us bring the Jeep in. Right away, everyone in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Rich diagnosed the problem, worked on the problem and offered further advice. Having an older Jeep, truly takes a village and it was so lovely to find ours here at Summit Jeep. To anyone who needs to buy a new Jeep--go see Curtis. He's amazingly kind, warm, genuine, and I'm certain will treat you like family. To anyone who has a Jeep that needs special care, go see Rich. He's a gem, that knows and loves Jeeps. Thanks Curtis and Rich for keeping me smiling! You guys are the best!”

“Our Audi was sideswiped on the way home from the dealership. We took it in for an estimate and they came out to inspect the damage. Then asked me to wait for a minute. He polished out the scratch in 15 minutes and it looks perfect! When I offered to pay they said “no charge”. I bought the crew lunch. We have an appointment in January for them to repair another vehicle.”
