“Best customer service I've ever had at any store. Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”
“This is an updated version of an old fashioned hardware store. It has nearly everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which is a welcome relief from the big box stores. It's a little out of the way for me, but I will return here because of the way I was treated as a valued customer. It's not often that you go to a store and say to yourself, "I like it here!"”

“Great experience today. Was in the middle of a tub demolishing today and my 30 year old Craftsman multi tool died. Went there to get a Milwaukee multi tool that the website said was in stock. The item was not immediately found but they went in back to Check a recent delivery. They found it and paired it with a charger and battery. Very helpful today!”

“Easy to work with counter staff! I've been an 'advanced' DIY person all my life and more often than not going into a trade store as a home owner gets you a bit of attitude (negative attitude). I needed a fan for my AC condenser unit. Mike took the time to confirm my part number, confirm that it was in stock at one of their other locations and had it delivered to their Nashua store the next morning. Never any attitude! After a quick replacement this morning the AC is back working - Thanks Mike!”
“They did an amazing job from picking the finishes in the showroom, to the experience of walking me through the process, tile work and customer service. I am so happy with how it all turned out. I had the tub removed, replaced with floor to ceiling tile, glass doors, all new fixtures a new vanity and toilet. Everything looks great! “The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”

“Refridge man came out to look at leveling fridge. Said it needed a board. Went to Lowe's myself to find out why it could not be leveled the old way. The clerk actually tipped over the fridge so I could look at bottom. The fridge is constructed on 4 wheel and only two front anchors existed. I needed it to be leveled in the back. The clerk and I talked and measured and came up with possible plans. I was impressed.”

“I disagree with the first few posts in regards to staff... not sure who they are referring to but the staff are amazing.... they always say hello (at least the cashiers in the front do) and offer help. I know the customer service desk can be a little stuffy but we don't spend much time there so I cannot say much more. We always get impeccable service from Sheila the cashier and her manager Tracy... they always help us and are super friendly. Will for sure continue to shop here and I will never step foot into Lowes... now they have the unfriendly staff....”
