“My Husband and I shop here often. We shop local as often as we can. All of the staff are knowledgeable about the products and the location. If they don't have what you need, they will order it if they can. Apple Meadow offers other services like sharpening your gardening tools, door and window screen replacements and so much more. Tell them about your project as there will always be an opinion. And then there is Alan in the paint department. Everyone you talk to in town, including contractors, will always recommend that you speak to Alan for your paint, stain and sealing projects. You won't be disappointed.”

“Extremely helpful staff. I walked in with the intent to purchase a tool box to replace my 15 year old craftsman I have outgrown. I walked in and made eye contact with an associate walking away down another aisle and he stopped immediately and asked “hello, can I help you with something”. I explained the base and top chest I was after and within a minute or two he and another woman had them loaded on carts and brought them to the register. I was out in under 10 minutes. It was a great experience and will keep me coming back. Thank you !

Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”
“I rarely go to this store but was pleasantly surprised by the selection and service. I found a pair of pants i wanted but they didn't have the size. A friendly man offered to order it through a kiosk and it will be delivered to my home - Thank You! Then I was looking for ice fishing gloves with removeable fingers, staff helped me look but there wasn't what I was looking for. Another staff member overheard and directed me to a place down the road where I did indeed find the item. That was so nice. There was a long line at checkout with one clerk. A young man, Frasier jumped right in when he saw the line and immediately helped me check out. Overall I was very impressed with the service and this store.”

“At my previous visit to the store, I noticed they now offer knife sharpening. Today, I took all of my knives of various sizes to have Ace sharpen them. They did a marvellous job. After testing each of them at home, they are sharper than every, like new. I recommend this service, and the store generally, where everyone seems helpful, but not overly so. Love going here.”

I currently have an issue (not necessarily with the store itself) and Bo jumped right on it. Not only was he light years beyond competent at his job, he was also, knowledgeable, caring, concerned and he was also funny and an overall awesome person to talk to. “I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
