“Been going through nothing short of a nightmare with a new washer and dryer purchase, no fault of Home Depot directly. I'm telling you if this store didn't have such an AMAZING OUTSTANDING manager I really would have been unable to deal with this. If you ever shop there and need a legitimately caring person to help you out, ask for Paul the store manager. (A couple of times I've had to speak with I think the regional or district manager Diane and she's a hoot, very helpful as well.) Not enough stars for the genuine care I have received with this fiasco. Thank you Paul”

I even added on an area rug for far less than any other store I had visited. Salesman, Jeremy was curious and upfront and honest about the products.
