“Just replaced a door strike on my LG Front Load washing machine. That’s the small part that latches in so the door locks. Without that you can’t run the machine. Based on what I could find on line, it looked like Home Depot and Lowe’s only sold the whole door. Figured I’d call a shop with decades of experience instead. They found the part in stock and I picked it up for $20. They were so down to Earth and friendly. To replace the door would’ve been around $300 plus probably a service call of $150 at least. Replacing just the part was 15 screws and pulling out a pin with some needle nose pliers, so I was able to do it myself following a simple YouTube video. For $20. Couldn’t recommend this store more highly.”
“I ended up needing a whole new kitchen in my new home. Truly nothing was salvageable. Not even fixtures such as faucets. I was completely out of my depth in needing to do a full renovation on the fly but this wasn’t a problem for the wonderful ladies here. Both Laura and Ashley were amazing in being able to answer questions in person and via email. When we discovered I’d need a RO faucet halfway through they were great in adding that on. We even had a little hiccup when the wrong strainer showed up. They knew I had kids at home and it would be a hassle to return it. So they just had me pop it back in the box and set it outside. They had it picked up and the right one delivered. It might seem like a small thing but when you’re having everything go wrong the little things that go right don’t go unnoticed.
I always try to shop local and this is one of the many reasons why. Smaller companies just care more. The pricing and selection is on par with the internet companies. When you’re already incredibly overwhelmed and just want some hand holding for once it’s silly to even consider Wayfair and the like. Once you factor that in, you’re saving money with a company like this.”

“This was a decent stop, me and my coworker walked in and he went to get a battery for his Milwaukee heated jacket, and I went into get a 25 foot standing fat Max, but I found that they are cheaper on Amazon right now.
They are $29.97€ and $23 on so I decided to not buy it, but that’s OK because I have a Stanley 30 foot which is still in good condition and works well, the reason I want to get a new 25 foot is because the locking mechanism does not function anymore”
