“I was in the middle of decorating my home for Christmas today and I needed my vacuum to pick up a mess I had created. I took it out and it wasn’t working. I called Steve at the Vacuum Cleaner Hospital. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look. When I arrived he was extremely busy and seemed to be working alone. I expressed how desperate I was to get this fixed. He said he would see what he could do. I left leaving the store and knowing I was probably not going to see it for a few days. A few hours later, Steve called to say he fixed the issue and it was ready to be picked up. He stated he know how important t it was to me and wanted to eliminate any of my stress. Now that is customer service. Thank you Steve for addressing my needs in a timely manner.”

“I’m never let down by this place, they always seem to go the extra mile and most importantly, show a level of product knowledge that’s always appreciated. There’s been two times I’ve been here without a model number and they’ve been able to sort out the part I’m looking for.Additionally, when Fischer & Paykel discontinued a part they were able to source a replacement quickly and efficiently.To the negative reviews here, if you’re buying a part, you always have to confirm it with the old part. Parts are CONSTANTLY being subbed, updated and made obsolete. Wrong parts happen in the best of circumstances.”

The store is well supplied, cleanliness is a major focus. Prices are comparitive for the industry.”
