“I definitely prefer The Home Depot over the competition. I have noticed that they have jammed the front main isle with products, making it nearly impossible to navigate a cart through. I'm sure it's in an effort to steer you through the whole store, but it's inconvenient, to say the least. I will still always choose The Home Depot for price, product selection, and availability.”

“I recently bought a weed whacker and the service person assembled the thing, then he said the string they give you isn't the best so he replaced it with steel coated wire. “This harbor freight location has always been extremely helpful. I believe it is one of the managers who is always out on the sales floor checking in with guests to see if they need help locating anything. “I've had , on several occasions over the past three years, the experience of buying fixtures at FW WEBB in Manchester NH. It's during approximately a dozen store visits that we have had the pleasure of consulting with Hannah Michaud. I regrettably have not taken the time to write a review, until today. I was prompted to now because I had to return to the store to deal with a defective faucet. Once again, Hannah Michaud made herself available to assist us. Always professional. Affable. Always knowledgeable about product selection that best fits our renovation projects. Hannah is such an asset to FW WEBB. I hope she is treated accordingly.”

“I went in tonight with a small return and to purchase a new front door with delivery. I was helped by a young lady named Emma and she was beyond helpful with the return and the purchas/ delivery. She answered all of my questions and made sure the delivery date worked great with my schedule. Employees like Emma make shopping a lot better. 10/10”
“Needed to rent a better chainsaw and called them up. Helpful on the phone and provided more than I thought they would: Safety gear, helmet with visor, gas, chain oil, and the chainsaw. Clear rates and friendly service. Would rent tools from here again.”
“This depot is good, staff is helpful, a lot of items are always missing from the shelves and need to find a staff member to help, but that's more of a inconvenience then a issue. One issue I do have as being a pro getting help at the pro desk can sometimes be a pain as they are normally slammed busy, but on occasion the young staff on their cell phones.”

The Home Depot website was accurate on the unavailability of ice melt at the Concord store and the availability at the Hooksett location. Very helpful.

They were able to use a manual ticket instead of just telling me "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. The system is down." They saved me an additional day of work and about $800 in extra overhead getting that excavator same day.”
