“10 star experience from start to finish! We have an older home and needed a new dishwasher. Ben was easy to schedule with, came on time and immediately put me at ease. He explained everything and I’m not going to lie it was the funnest and easiest home improvement project I’ve ever experienced. Ben was easy to talk to, personable and spent extra time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he really care about his customers and has a vast knowledge of his craft. He takes pride in his work. I have already sent his info to my friends and family. Everyone needs an honest, professional and reliable person to call if they need help with something in their home. Ben is that person. His prices were more than fair for the amount of work he did! He knows his stuff and I am now up to code. I have nothing bad to say. Ben is A+. “Great experience with XPO in Manchester, NH, from start to finish. The customer service rep, Yvette, was top-notch when scheduling our delivery--really courteous and provided everything we needed to know without our having to ask. The delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 4 p.m., and we got our shipment at 1:30. The delivery itself, by Brian, was outstanding. He called one stop before ours to let us know he would soon be on his way to us, then called again when that delivery was complete, to say he was 7 minutes from our place. All this is absolutely terrible weather; our road hadn't even been plowed yet. Brian was a complete delight to deal with, so friendly and professional. I'd deal with XPO in Manchester anytime.”
