“It is hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. I have been coming here for years and still get honesty and repairs done right from folks I can trust. I can tell the people here really care and are committed to providing a good experience. I'll admit there were a few bumps in the service I had come to expect when it first changed ownership, but they worked to rectify any issues and seem to have worked out any kinks. Last year, before a long road trip, my fuel pump died and they were able to replace it that day and saved our trip. I've never felt that they try to up sell or nickel and dime me to death. If you haven't, give them a try.”

“Here’s my review and car backstory regarding HM Motorworks. I drive a pre-owned 2019 BMW 430i. I wanted the 2019 because it’s the last year of the hardtop convertible. Bought it with 44,000 miles. Fast-forward 18 months later to 77,000 miles. Here’s what I knew: Brakes needed to be checked – pad warning – turned out to be rear rotors also. Center console wheel not working - just stopped working. Never seen this one before with 3 previous BMWs. Heater/AC blower motor needed to be checked. Very loud when close or at full speed. And time for an oil change – regular service. HM also recommended that I replace the spark plugs, change both engine and cabin air filters and do a brake fluid flush along with the overall brake service. I decided to accept their recommendations and go all-in! 3-4 days of labor as the parts flowed in. The result? I could not possibly have been happier! My car is now in absolute perfect mint condition. Drives like a dream – smooth and quick! The plugs made a huge difference. The services that I needed were not cheap to begin with and going all in and accepting HM’s recommendations put the tab just over 4K – and guess what? It was worth every penny! Every item fixed and the car now runs perfectly and flawlessly. HM Motorworks receives my highest recommendation. If I could rate them higher than 5, I would! Thank you.”

“I cannot say enough about this place. I’m always greeted by Andy and I can’t remember the other man’s name but he is just as wonderful. They were so great. I went in because I kept getting a warning saying I needed oil. They topped it off for me for free and because of that I went back and got my oil change. It took a little while to get the filter, but they were so nice. They felt so bad that they gave me money off of the service. This place is the real deal. I’ve been to other places that treat you terribly. If you want good service go to them.”
“Let me start by telling you that I only trust my guys at Auto Care plus with my 2016 Honda Pilot. While getting some upsetting news about my jolly green machine, Josh was super friendly explained everything and options for splitting up the necessary repairs so it wouldn’t be such a shock to the bank account. As always they returned my vehicle in pristine condition. With a new air filter, fresh oil, and topped off all my other fluids. Neatly backed my baby into a parking space waiting for my arrival. When I arrived I was greeted promptly with beaming smiles and friendly faces. Always a pleasure seeing them.”

“Couldn't have been a better experience. Samantha was very nice and helpful from the start. I had some long scratches on my front bumper. When I took it to Jamie, he looked at the scratches and went inside to get a rag. He came out and wiped the scratches right off and didn't charge me anything. Extremely refreshing honesty and would definitely recommend Complete Colision.
Crash Champions down the street had quoted me almost $1800 to repair them and told me the whole bumper had to come off, be resprayed and some sensors had to be reset by VW. They claimed it would be over 14 hours in labor.”
