“I want to give a massive thank you to the team at Sullivan Tire and Auto in Hudson! I had an unexpected breakdown during the workday earlier this week. I caught a strange whiff of coolant during my morning commute but dismissed it—until lunchtime, when a plume of steam erupted from under my hood after a short drive. Fortunately, Sullivan Tire is just two doors down from my office, and I was able to limp the car into their lot.
Even though it was 1:00 PM and I didn't have an appointment, their team immediately greeted me with a smile. A technician was already under the hood investigating before I even made it out the door to walk back to work. Within 20 minutes of arriving back at my desk, my phone rang with a complete diagnosis and solution.
They were able to track down the part (a broken coolant reservoir return line), get it delivered and installed, and then completely flush and refill the cooling system before the end of the day. I figured I'd be picking it up the next day, but no—it was completely DONE by 5:15 PM, and I was able to drive myself home. On top of the lightning-fast turnaround, the cost of the repair was very reasonable.
