“Why the 5 stars:1. TCU has friendly tellers. They know who I am. They know my name. They know how to pronounce my name.2. The branches waiting areas are clean and comfortable. There is a place to sit down if you have to wait for member services.3. TCU quickly replaces lost or damaged debit cards.4. I appreciate the $4.95 fraud protection service. I've had to use this service and I'm pleased with the turn out.5. TCU has new forms of communication. Email & chat at TCU have put an end to my one complaint.I didn't like having to call member services and wait to be called back.”

We've had two home loans with them and dealing with them is absolutely nothing like doing business with a bank. Triangle is truly a lending institution concerned with their borrowers and unlike a bank they do all they can to accommodate borrowers. Large banking institutions, contrary to their PR, are unwilling and even unable to deal with situations on a one-on-one basis, which Triangle can and does.”
