“Great little laundry that's family owned. The machines aren't expensive and it's safe to wash your clothes or have them dry cleaned while leaving them at the laundry. They've been around for decades and I find it a lovely little place to spend a couple hours doing laundry, but you can easily pop around the corner and grab a bite.”

“The next door Bridal store recommended Magic Touch cleaners for my daughter‘s high end Wedding gown. It had a lot of stains from Hawaiian leaf lay juice and bottom of train was soiled. I talked to the owner and he assured me he would do the best. I was a little nervous, did not want to ruin the dress, since it was very expensive.The wedding gown came out like brand new. The satin is as shiny as when it was bought. Truly Magic Touch. I would bring any formal dress for dry cleaning. THANK YOU !!”

The top of the dryers and washers were cleaned. It smelled clean inside the woman who maintains it. It’s just absolutely so adorable. “Nice, clean, quiet place! Hotel we are staying at doesn't have a laundry area and we are in the area for a travel softball tournament. Needless to say, I needed to wash my daughters uniforms. This place was the only one open at 5am. I haven't gone to a laundromat in years, so paying $6.00 for 1 load of laundry wasn't exciting lol but the prices are in line/the same with other laundromats I looked up online! I went with dirty softball uniforms and left with fresh clean uniforms! Mission accomplished ;) Thank you!”

“Best dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. There’s a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE”

“Been here several times, and this Sunday the attendant immediately said good morning, how are you, as soon as I walked in. Was a busy Sunday morning, the machines were all working properly. The restroom was immaculate. While I was waiting patiently, watching TV in the AC, the attendant proceeded to enter the restroom and clean it, again. Was thanked on the way out, and would return without hesitation.”

“I have been going to this location on 101A for over 15 years. They are fantastic! The front desk associate greets everyone with a friendly, cheerful smile and is always very helpful. The thing that impresses me the most is how consistent they are. The quality control standards are nothing less than amazing! It's no exaggeration to say that I have had HUNDREDS of garments dry cleaned for my entire family and in that 15 years, only ONE article of clothing sent back as a 're-do'. Again, the front desk associate was friendly, she sent it back as a rush order and I was not charged. This is a very nice family owned business and they are a real asset to our community! Try them out - you won't regret it!”

“For the 1st time in my life, I used the laundry drop off option. I was so impressed with how well my clothes came out. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because of the inconvenience of the drop off time. You can't drop your laundry off until 9 a.m. The problem with that is I need to be at work for 7 a.m. Aren't most people at work well before 9a.m.? To me it would make sense that if the place is open at 6 a.m., then why not accept laundry at that time. It would definitely be much more beneficial for the working customer. Other than that, job well done. Thanks!!!”

“I usually go to my old laundromat I always go to. This one here the dryers are so good from the dryers in Chelmsford the 24hr I go to their dyers are so old and don’t dry enough. Customer service was very polite and kind. Just a friendly suggestion if your laundry is full of people and don’t have washers and dryers for service head down to this place and they have plenty of parking?. When I return I will put pictures.”

“As of September 2024, the cost is about $7 per load. You need quarters or cash. The hours are nice, although it costs to use this place. Do make sure you select the ultra wash each time, or else it won't wash hard enough. The ultra wash is only a couple quarters more.”
