My husband and I are buying our first home in a couple of weeks, so we're lost and know nothing about home ownership yet! ?. Virginia was so kind, helpful and walked us through provided services so we could make the best educated decision in finding providers for oil / propane when we close on our home in a couple of weeks. It's pretty rare to get such amazing customer service like that, but Virginia was truly amazing and you could tell she absolutely loved her job.”

Alex the young man serving me was friendly, smiling, enthusiastic, & professional.
He also washed my weather tech mats and they are like brand new.
Very nice kid. I called his Mgr too & he was awesome as well.

“Let me start by saying this company oriveds such excellent customer service. No matter what my questions are or how many time I call them, and trust me, it's a lot, they do their best to help out. Listen people, it is out of their control if parts are back ordered. We have to deal with it. I dont know of many companies that will provide a space heater to get you through until they can fit you in to service a furnace. They do! They work with you as long as you're willing to work with them and you stick to it! The girls in the office are the best at what they do. Frank is super amazing and stays out late on a job to make sure YOU are safe and warm. Jerry, (I think his name is Jerry), delivered fuel today and was so polite. The man helps his people out at work and he takes care of his customers! I recommend BotlGas to one and all. We need more customer focused companies like this one.”

“Recently started using Amerigas for propane ; called to set up account and was completely set with payment arrangement, auto deliveries , and next day propane delivery all in less then 20 minutes. The customer service rep I talked to was located in CA and was amazing and understand of the weather in New England and did her best to get me a fast delivery date while avoiding an emergency fee. Great experience and excited to continue using this company.”
