My left rear tire was low and I didn’t realize there was a leak. They weren’t able to repair it, but I appreciate them answering my calls and still looking. While my membership isn’t active, they could look at my tire with my sister’s membership. I appreciate the friendly service.

Technician didn't tighten lug nuts, and told me to drive home and come back tomorrow. Tires where not balanced correctly, went to dealership to correct. Waited 6 hours with appointment. Lucky my car wasn't damaged and no one got hurt. Stay away!!
