“We are in the process of applying at Colony Mill. We are moving from South Carolina to New Hampshire. We have looked at multiple apartments and the prices seem comparable to anything we have seen that are as nice as Colony. The amenities are amazing. We toured this complex in June of 2024 and my wife fell in love with the exposed brick, amenities, how close downtown is. The application process has been seamless so far and has only cost us 500 dollars. To us it is well worth it to secure the one we want. We were able to see multiple floor plans and pick the one we want. I don’t understand why some people feel the need to give bad reviews because they don’t like something in the agreements which they SIGN. We are praying hard that we are accepted as our moving date is February 24 2025, Erica in the leasing office has been amazing and respectful to my wife when any questions arise. I pray for the people who feel the need to nick pick. Please just read everything your signing. Thank you Colony Mill. The Dekle’s you can look for our application if you would like as our time frame is very tight to secure housing. Thank you”
