I've been renting from them for almost three years and have loved it. Well maintained and friendly people. Good selection of tenants as well.

I rented for two years under lease and then requested month to month because I couldn't stay another whole year, no problem. They were quick to address the few maintenance issues that arose. I left my apartment clean and received a full refund of my deposit along with a letter of thanks. I would rent with them again.
