“I think it was wonderful. I viewed a 2BD 1BR, the kitchen was beautiful, lots of cabinet space, hardwood floors, raised ceilings, all utilities included, they have a place for dogs to do her business outside.Only downside was that there was no separation between the kitchen, dining and living space. It is rather small but it's just enough for a person and once in awhile, a guest.The local area is in Keene gorgeous, there's a beautiful restaurant/ brewery that's right there on property, a bank on the property, inside the downstairs is a community center with a fitness center, pool table, kitchen to hold parties, and a movie theater.Original building used to be a mall and the local area was a railroad area tending to the local silos. Lots of old town history in Keene. Local area is not terribly busy but it's not quiet either. There is a beautiful park across the main road. Food at the Elm City Brewery was delicious, a little on the expensive side.The area is still a work in progress for the company but overall it is absolutely beautiful. Currently 89 units are in the building. They allow for pets with a $50 fee for dogs and $25 for cats. I am thoroughly impressed by these apartments for keeping the building in beautiful condition and keeping to the original style of the brick building.Also a quick thank you to Erica, she was a wonderful tour guide and very helpful. Quickly showed us around leaving nothing hidden. Wonderful to talk to and answered every question we had regarding the apartment to the best of her ability and was very honest if she wasn't sure, which is much appreciated.”

“Kim Mastrianni went out of her way to help us in a very hectic house search. We live out of state and only had a couple days to schedule showings across a wide geographic range. I must have sent her like a million emails and she handled everything like a champ, even doing a Skype showing of one property beforehand since we would not have been able to fit it into our schedule. She was super knowledgeable about the area and provided very fair, unbiased advice about each property. I felt like I had someone on my side, not someone just trying to close the deal at any cost (like I have felt with some realtors in the past). We ended up choosing a property in VT which was unfortunately outside of her range, but again Kim was supportive and wanted us to be happy and find the right home for us. If you're looking for a realtor in SE NH, don't think twice about choosing Kim. She'll exceed all your expectations and will give you the honest outlook you need to make a good decision!! 11/10 would recommend!!”
