Anyone can help with any issue in any branch because they have access to accounts, or they will ask a supervisor. I also like the many locations TDB has and extended hrs, especially in Keene.”

Do I miss People's? Not much, but it seems more and more removed from the local bank I started with 24 years ago.”

“What a great bank! This is the best business banking experience that I have had in Keene, NH. The branch manager Tom Zia is excellent as are the staff. The atmosphere is friendly and personable. NBT also seems to be very well managed at the corporate level. Mr. Zia has access to top personnel at the corporate HQ on short notice as needs arise. He is allowed a high degree of latitude and is able to use his judgement to run the business. All of this contributes to a great customer experience. Highly recommended.”
