Do I miss People's? Not much, but it seems more and more removed from the local bank I started with 24 years ago.”

“I love this bank so much!! Have been with them for years, never had a problem. They are always helpful with debit card issues. They just texted me about a suspicious withdrawal asking if I authorized it, I had not. Thank goodness they are on the ball!! Immediately put a hold on my debit card and I can go down anytime to get a replacement debit card. Great bank!! They've got your back!”

“What a great bank! This is the best business banking experience that I have had in Keene, NH. The branch manager Tom Zia is excellent as are the staff. The atmosphere is friendly and personable. NBT also seems to be very well managed at the corporate level. Mr. Zia has access to top personnel at the corporate HQ on short notice as needs arise. He is allowed a high degree of latitude and is able to use his judgement to run the business. All of this contributes to a great customer experience. Highly recommended.”
“The staff is always super friendly sometimes long lines but that’s just a bank for you in a small town. I’ve dealt with Tucker on a few withdrawals and he’s always awesome with helping me out and getting me whatever I need. I think a second location in the Keene area would definitely be helpful”
