This building is absolutely beautiful, but never once in my life have I gone into this bank and felt like I had a positive interaction with the staff.

I've never seen or had a bank that is closed a good 30% of the time. Banks been closed for over a week, I had to drive an hour and 40 minutes (the other closest bank of america to me, Concord, NH.) Just to be able to get the services/help I needed. Honestly ridiculous, Switching directly to Savings bank of Walpole.

Went in with a check from bank of America. Was told I needed multiple forms of ID after being told I only needed my license. Did I mention the check was written from bank of America?
