“Courteous, conscientious associates, excellent windshield replacement. Timely communication from service tech. Drop box for Day Before drop off, which I needed because I forgot I had another appt. to get to in opposite direction on my service appt. day. OPEN ON SATURDAYS! My only peeve is that you have to schedule service online only. No matter what I did, I could not get the automated call system to connect me from a rep at the Keene NH Safelite Store to simply check on availability of appt. In the end of my frustration, it all worked out ok because they had a next day, Saturday appt. available!”
