It recently started to chip and peal as the paint didn’t take right, when I went back to talk to them about my options they didn’t hesitate to schedule it to be redone. “Went there because we needed a battery. I bought the battery based on what the computer said we needed. When we went to change it, the battery was different than what the vehicle had. We jumped the car and drove to the store to get the correct one. The guys in the store were great. One came out and checked what we had against what the computer said went with the car. We figured out that it needed the larger battery. Easy exchange and the other guy installed the battery. Very satisfied.”

“A deer hit my car and caused major damage which J and L Auto Body assessed. Their estimator came up with 75% damage and felt it should be totaled. My insurance company wanted to repair it but after two weeks made the decision to total it. The shop contacted me regularly over this period so I had up-to-date information on my car. The staff is helpful and prioritizes safety.
I felt valued as a customer and highly recommend them.”

“I had a rental car, tried to move my visor, and the whole thing fell off, hanging by the cords. The visor kept hitting me in the face while I was trying to drive. Lol (It wasn't funny at the time, but picture it.)
I'm not from here, so I didn't know where to go, then I saw AutoZone. Oh thank goodness!
I met Dan, told him what was up. He came out, popped it back in place, np. (I promise I had tried doing that! 😆)
He was fantastic. I'm always relieved when I know where an AutoZone is when something goes wrong.
