“The reviews on here are crazy. This post office is actually exceptionally good. There are 100s of post offices out there where no one will even show up at the counter to help you. Or when they do, just tell you leave. Not this one.
I send ~500 packages a month out of here and every package is processed quickly. My customers are very happy. The postal workers are very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. On a typical day there are 3 people working the counter and the line is never more than 2 or 3 minutes long.
Seriously, you people saying this post office is horrible have no idea what a bad is. Be grateful.”

“I have never forgotten anything in a hotel room on my life, I'm always super careful and check multiple times - but last weekend I accidentally some expensive perfume behind at the Best Western in Keene. I thought it would be gone forever, but when I called the desk staff assured me I could contact the Shipping Shack and they'd get it shipped back to me. It arrived today, very quickly, even though it's almost Christmas - and perfectly packaged. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. It meant a lot to me, especially with it being the holidays and the perfume was limited edition so it's not easily replaceable.”
