“I don’t know what the person with the letter B went through but I’m 63-year-old woman, and I’ve lived in Keene, my whole life and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I will grant a lot of the older have retired which they deserve to but the new ones are still just as delightful, and the best thing about it how many of you can say you walk into your local post office and they know your name. In small towns I’m sure there’s a lot, but not in a lot of towns out there in the United States as this happened I love post office. I love the people that work for him and I give them an A+.”

It can ship out your packages if they have a shipping label printed out.”
“I have never forgotten anything in a hotel room on my life, I'm always super careful and check multiple times - but last weekend I accidentally some expensive perfume behind at the Best Western in Keene. I thought it would be gone forever, but when I called the desk staff assured me I could contact the Shipping Shack and they'd get it shipped back to me. It arrived today, very quickly, even though it's almost Christmas - and perfectly packaged. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. It meant a lot to me, especially with it being the holidays and the perfume was limited edition so it's not easily replaceable.”
