“I went to the Bootleggers in Keene Nh and from the time i walked into the door i was welcomed, I wish I got the older Gentleman's name, with the beard, but we are both in Sales and he made me feel welcome. He showed me at least 4 different boots that fit my needs. Then, once I made my choice the young man with the wooden bow tie showed me that he wears those same boots, and how good they were. I was sold. Great staff. Thank you for a great experience. I bought my boots 1/10/22,”

“First time in this fairly new store. First, the staff person at the register was friendly and helpful. However, wow, this store is not managed well! Product in multiple isles, one isle blocked, the delivery area piled high with boxes. Heaven forbid there was ever a fire - no way to get out through there. Probably had not been swept in months. Loose shelving in one isle - a child could get hurt.”
