I felt underserved at this location- Keene, NH.
No one sought me out inside the store when I was looking for a specific item. I observed an employee wandering the aisles with his head down and I discovered he was actually texting on his phone. When I asked for help, he gave general directions but did not assist me by walking with me to make my time more efficient.
There were multiple tripping hazards towards the back of the store in aisle pathways. Items placed in the clearance areas had no clear pricing at all. This was quite a messy environment.
When I went to the service desk for help to get an online order that my son placed, the manager (!) working there was very dismissive and rude.
I am very disappointed with this shopping experience.

This Staples location has been charging my mother $189 per year to "put antivirus software" on her laptop for the past 5 years. So they have billed her $1,000 in the past 5 years for literally doing nothing! There is no reason to reinstall virus software every year. Staples computer services is a SCAM, make sure your whole family knows this!

Second Staples I've been to that claim they don't service tablets. Travel to half an hour to come here to stand in line and then be told they don't service them get it off your website then. Because it says you do service them and I bought my tablet here at your place. False advertising...

Called to see if they had certain laptop in stock told me to "call back later we don't have time to look" obviously place don't want to sell anything to me and has no care about a customer. Won't be back!

I have to share this positively amazing experience at the Staples in Keene NH. After over 25 years in the service industry working for Marriott Int'l I have had very few opportunities to give a 5 star review. I called the store on Sunday morning in a panic because the Staples in Gardner informed me that my order was not printed properly due to a broken printer. I needed these prints for my class on Monday and due to the late notice I became desperate! When I reached Chris at the Keene Staples I explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could help all the while knowing that it was a slim chance especially with the busy holiday printing season in full swing. Chris remained calm and told me he would do his best and asked me to send him my documents. I emailed them over immediately. Chris then proceeded to call me back leaving a message that he had a few questions. I decided to drive to the store. When I met Chris in printing he was professional and was juggling multiple people and projects at this point I knew I was a huge inconvenience yet he never made me feel that I was. I ended up staying and to my surprise many of the documents were not formatted to the correct size which he was able to rectify. He completed my job and even took the time to show me how to download Staples Connect App and get my teacher benefits! I also received a discount on the printing job that day. I noticed on his name tag at check out that it said General Manager as his title. I am always teaching my students "A great leader leads by example" and that is exactly what Chris did. He saved my project! I witnessed him help so many others that day as well. I will make it my priority to shop this Staples in Keene before going anywhere else. Thank You!
