“Please read my long Hartmann Oil review to understand how amazing this company is!In 2020 we moved from Florida and our home in Brentwood NH has an underground propane tank. I was unfamiliar with buying propane and that a company can own your tank and you are forced to buy only from them. We had Amerigas and it was Thanksgiving holiday. Amerigas customer service was awful and I was on the phone with Amerigas countless hours. Amerigas multiple times scheduled to come out to fill out tank, but they never showed. Amerigas would say we were on their emergency delivery list after all the missed deliveries and still never showed. We had 10% left in our tank. No other companies would help us because Amerigas owned the tank. Hartmann Oil asked us to buy the tank from Amerigas. Amerigas said we couldn't do that over the phone and that they had to come out to our property and inspect the tank! Amerigas wouldn't deliver us propane nor let us buy the tank so that another company could fill out tank. I circled back to Hartman oil and they are our angels. We have 5 small children including a one month old at the time.Our home was 52 degrees because noone would fill our tank. Hartmann Oil customer service and owner literally saved us from bursting pipes as the temperature was suppose to plummet to 17 degrees and saved our family from freezing on Thanksgiving. They said they would buy the tank from Amerigas. They also fixed quickly any dangerous deficiencies on the tank. They came out emergently out of the goodness of their hearts. I have the utmost respect for Hartmann Oil, the owner, and all his Wonderful employees. I am forever grateful for their kindness and I will never forget it. Please know Hartmann Oil is the most amazing oil company ever and you should definitely use them without hesitation for all your heating needs. Thank you Hartmann Oil!!”
