“The service team at Irwin did a great job addressing a couple of issues I brought my Lincoln in for, as well as performing a free tire rotation! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because they did not have the thermostat I needed in stock and there was a bit of a wait for it but, in fairness, my car is 11 years old and they were still able to get the part while I waited and get me on my way without having to return. Overall I am VERY pleased with the quality and professionalism of the Irwin service team!”
