So glad i took car to John to replace my harmonic balancer and to also do the transmission fluid.Had I taken it to anyone else, I would not have known that the previous person that owned car had balancer replaced, but was not done correctly as they used the incorrect bolt torque, and also the incorrect lower pulley and a washer that was getting slowly destroyed.John found the issues, fixed them, and now my car is back in working order.The communication from John and Sheryl, his wife, was great.They are also two of the nicest people you will meet and with over 50 years of working on corvettes, they know their stuff!Any major work that needs to be done on my car, John and his team will be doing it for me.Keep up the great work John & Sheryl.”

I was nervous because it’s an all wheel drive sports car and sometimes you have to replace all the tires. Casey set me up and I only needed to change the one tire. I was so happy. Dropped off in morning called 2 hrs later was all set picked up car after inspection and they had vacumed my car!!! Who does that!! Over and above just don't find that type of service anymore!! “So today I ate crow and went to buy the little red car. There it was still in the front row, 2004 Toyota Corolla, red with grey interior.I’m horrible with names , but a very nice man came out to see if I needed help. I think this man should have charged me a therapy fee as I explained my “ this is so little” compared to what I was use to driving. Then of course I was short on funds too, which only made me feel worse. He smiled and said I think we can make this work! I’ll talk to my boss. Moments later he comes out with a smile and tells me “all set”.Went in to do the paperwork, and everyone from sales, the boss, and the mechanics were all very social. My doctor's office doesn't even treat me as well as they did at Cantin. Let me tell you why they are so phenomenal:1.). They have a Bobby. Bobby, you can tell, is an absolute professional and he's clearly used to dealing with people who are in distress over damaged cars. Bobby was friendly, calm, reassuring, and just overall wonderful to work with. “I needed $1.1 of exhaust work, along with $2.9k additional work to get legal this past year and it took us a long time to come up with that kind of money. I was having the other work done elsewhere and was referred to Meineke for the exhaust work. The other garage didn’t do extensive exhaust work and they quoted me over $9k to replace the whole system since they were unable to do it piece by piece like an exhaust specialist. I needed 2 new mufflers and a y connection pipe which are all pricey parts and I prepaid for Meineke to order the parts so the work could be done as soon as the first garage was done and paid for. They called the Friday before New Year’s weekend and told me to come get my card so my husband called Meineke and got in right then and there. The whole thing took less than 2 hours. They were so accommodating and kind and got us a shiny new inspection sticker so we’re good to go. Exhaust work is pricey, the parts cost a lot but Meineke got our work done that day, in a couple of hours tops, and the work is guaranteed, can’t beat that.Edit: Had more work done yesterday. Oil change, new filters and a headlamp fix which was done quickly, was reasonably priced, and the customer service was top notch as always. Always impressed with this outfit.”
