“Was referred to Irwin motors by Russ Davis to work with the bowtie guy and I got my new Ford Explorer S T St. performance package and picked it up on the last day of the month. “I want to thank Greg and Steve for helping me out. I bought breaks and shocks for my SUV which I was going to install myself. Because of my health I can no longer do this kind of work. I heard about Bayside through a friend and decided to try them out and I'm glad I did. Even though they couldn't get me in right away ( I was in no hurry), they would do the install and trusting that I bought the right parts. A lot of places won't do this because they want to make money on the parts so I applaud them for doing this for me. They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time at a good fair price. They will be my first stop if I need any kind of service. I highly recommend them.”

“Today I brought my newer vehicle 2021 Hyundai Tuscon for oil change, rotation, and inspection. The mechanic attending to my car was thorough and provided thorough answers to my question. As with my last visit I was greeted by Glenn and later Fitz. Both gentlemen were good natured, welcomed each customer, and went beyond what was expected. I will continue to bring my vehicles to VIP because of the team that services it's customers.”

“I wanted to give a huge shout out to the 5-star team! The office ladies are beyond amazing, patient, and such a fun group to work with. Keira was my girl! Her manager Stevi was also a pleasure to work with and made me feel like a VIP! I came in for repairs and was also able to replace my warped console tray that had been driving me crazy! Their timely communication before, during, and after was a breath of fresh air in the recent service world. I was a name and not a number. Thanks to the body shop who did an impeccable job on the damage. You truly are all a class act!”

“I had a great experience with Irwin Collision Center and truly appreciate the effort they put into my repair. After my vehicle was hit while parked, the insurance process was not easy to navigate, especially when it came to getting the proper parts approved. The team at Irwin went above and beyond by working to price match OEM parts so my vehicle could be repaired correctly without me having to pay out of pocket. The whole team was communicative, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right—not just doing it quickly. They took the time to explain things and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair process. It’s clear they prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, and I’m very grateful for their help throughout this situation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.”

“My sister got into a pretty bad car accident (she walked away uninjured thankfully) her car was towed to Al’s and he as well as his staff have been nothing short of amazing towards her and the situation. Talking her through what cost will be (seems to be very fair priced) and offering his apologies for the wreck. Gave me my faith back in humanity. You can tell Al does what he does because he enjoys helping people. I highly recommend swinging by and giving him your business if you ever need repairs.”

“I have been going to Irwin's for all of my car maintenance for over 20 years. The service personnel have always treated me with nothing but respect and caring. Bob Abbott always has a smile when he greets me and asks how I have been. Every service person I have dealt with has always explained the services performed and if I have a question they answer or they will call the service technician to explain the issue in question. Thank you all for the respect and caring you have provided to me all these years. 10/9/24: still using Irwin’s for my car . Even with all the staff that have retired, Irwin’s have managed to find staff at service counter that are respectful, caring and explain service. Thank you Lisa your smile made my day.”
