“I have been going to Irwin's for all of my car maintenance for over 20 years. The service personnel have always treated me with nothing but respect and caring. Bob Abbott always has a smile when he greets me and asks how I have been. Every service person I have dealt with has always explained the services performed and if I have a question they answer or they will call the service technician to explain the issue in question.
Thank you all for the respect and caring you have provided to me all these years.

“I want to thank Greg and Steve for helping me out. I bought breaks and shocks for my SUV which I was going to install myself. Because of my health I can no longer do this kind of work. I heard about Bayside through a friend and decided to try them out and I'm glad I did. Even though they couldn't get me in right away ( I was in no hurry), they would do the install and trusting that I bought the right parts. A lot of places won't do this because they want to make money on the parts so I applaud them for doing this for me. They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time at a good fair price.
They will be my first stop if I need any kind of service. I highly recommend them.”

“My sister got into a pretty bad car accident (she walked away uninjured thankfully) her car was towed to Al’s and he as well as his staff have been nothing short of amazing towards her and the situation. Talking her through what cost will be (seems to be very fair priced) and offering his apologies for the wreck. Gave me my faith back in humanity. You can tell Al does what he does because he enjoys helping people. I highly recommend swinging by and giving him your business if you ever need repairs.”
