“I would rather keel over dead than have bloodwork done. I’ve gone like five years without any kind of bloodwork because the act fills me with visceral fear. That said - the desire to know outweighed the fear and I ended up here for some tests I ordered independently through an online lab. Check in was easy and the phlebotomist was very calm and relaxing. It was a very low stress and low anxiety experience for me and it was so quick and easy! I will come back here for any further independent testing.”

“I try to avoid hospitals at all costs, but an emergency appendectomy is one of those situations where they can't be avoided. I'm so so SOOOOO grateful for everyone at Lakes Region Hospital! Literally everyone is so friendly and compassionate. Even the janitorial staff! The ER staff, the OR staff, and my recovery team were all FANTASTIC. I wish I could name them all and give them proper credit. I'm forever grateful for how quickly and efficiently I was cared for. And they didn't have to be funny and upbeat to do a job well done, but they were anyway. That just made the experience all the better. Thank you!”
