1266 Union Avenue, LaconiaWell, I just can not say enough about every employee at VCA. I brought a very ill cat there, the caring and show of love and support from these people was unbelievable. After 2 weeks, my Luffy had to cross to the rainbow bridge, I could not go due to Covid, they gave him a feast, sent me pics of how much love he was getting, and cried like he was their cat. The vets are so caring. I received updates constantly. Kelly is the office manager whom has a heart of gold. Every one is just so amazing, thank you VCA, to all of the staff, you truly are amazing, caring, people, that know how to do your jobs with heart. If you want your pets to be cared for by people that truly care, go to VCA. Love to you all at VCA ,and thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tracey Sheehan

21 Veterans Square, LaconiaWhile I’m not a local, the staff sure made us feel like one. Before I even get into the amazing food, I have to mention the hospitality. Our server was incredibly attentive and made some great recommendations that absolutely paid off! We got the special appetizer, a burrata, that we’re still talking about. My husband got the halibut, which was perfectly seared, and I got the chicken, which was basically an elevated version of my favorite comfort food. Who knew couscous mac and cheese was allowed?!
The chef also made rounds to each table to check in and see how everyone’s evening was going, which was such a nice touch. We had some of the best food we’ve had in a long time, and after completely stuffing our faces, the chef convinced us to try the blueberry dessert. Definitely outside our usual wheelhouse, but it was incredible.
Between the food, cozy ambiance, and genuine hospitality, it was such a memorable experience. We live about 10 hours away, so sadly we won’t be back anytime soon, but I absolutely wanted to leave a review. Places this good deserve to be talked about!
